I realize that I’m really late to report on this, and 10 days equals about a million years in blog time, but I just learned that there are plans to convert the Space Needle into a giant WiFi antenna.
And perhaps it’s just another sign that I’m a really big geek, but I think that’s awesome.
Some malicious part of me that enjoys tormenting the sort of people who were stocking up on food and ammo before 31/12/1999 really, really wants to see how many of them I can convince that as soon as they hook up this thing all life on Earth will be instantly annihilated.
Or even better, that *obviously* it’s actually a beacon to alert the main Reptilian fleet that the human population has reached maximum size and fatitudinessity, and it’s invasion-and-lunch time.
